By creating an account or accepting an invite, you agree to these terms. The terms apply to all roles: members, managers, HR, tenant admins, and brokers.

Tenant admins who add users on behalf of an employer represent that they have authority to bind the employer to a paid plan.

Do not fabricate health data, share accounts, or circumvent daily coin caps. Server- side anti-cheat may flag and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Tenant admins must not access the platform for purposes other than managing their employer's wellness program (e.g., no employee surveillance).

Members own their health data and may export or delete it at any time. Earned coins are non-cash promotional credits redeemable only inside the Wellivo catalog.

Coins forfeit if you leave the tenant (e.g., job change) — your tenant admin may choose to grant a redemption grace window of up to 60 days.

Tenants are billed monthly on monthly active members. Brokers receive a consolidated invoice across their portfolio.

Coin redemption costs (gift cards, premium credit) are passed through at cost. Sweepstakes payouts are funded by the tenant from a pre-committed budget.

Wellivo is not a medical device. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. The service should not replace professional medical advice.

Aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
