Wellivo is an insurance wellness rewards platform sold through brokers to tenant employers. This policy covers personal data we process when you sign up as a member, tenant admin, manager, HR partner, or broker.

We do not sell personal data, run third-party ad networks on the product, or share individual health data with HR.

Account data: email, display name, locale, time zone, role. Provided by you or your tenant admin at invite acceptance.

Health data: step counts, sleep duration, sleep score — pulled from Apple Health or Google Health Connect with your explicit permission. We never see heart rate, GPS, or medical records.

Activity data: app session timestamps, feature interactions, in-app feedback. Used to improve the product.

To award coins, surface streaks, produce team rollups, and operate the reward catalog. Aggregate trends flow to your tenant admin / manager surface; individual values stay with you.

We retain raw health samples for 24 months. Aggregates may be retained indefinitely in an anonymized form for product analytics.

Under GDPR + CCPA, you may request a copy of your data (Export) or its deletion. Both are available in-app under Settings → Privacy. Export completes within 7 days; deletion enters a 30-day grace window in case of accidental request.

You may opt out of the leaderboard at any time under Settings → Privacy.
